All orders are processed within 5-9 business days. The longer processing time is because all items are made to order customized. Order processing times may vary due to high volume or delays beyond our control. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The typical delivery time frame is between 7-14 business days depending on your location.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:

Fox Marks The Spot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES:

Fox Marks The Spot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

We currently do not ship worldwide.
